Kirkcaldy, Fife · built for one business at a time
We fix the work that’s stuck.
Wayuu Automations spots the flaws that are hard to see from inside a business, and shows you there’s a way out when it feels like there isn’t. We learn how you like to work, pick the right tool and put an effective solution in place, so you’re more efficient, more productive and get more of your free time back.
Where staff time goes when a business is run by hand
01
Admin by hand
Bookings, payments and admin done on WhatsApp, paper and spreadsheets.
02
Repetitive tasks
The same jobs done over and over, eating staff time.
03
Training new staff
Hours spent teaching each new starter the process.
What we do
We don’t start with an app or a website, and we don’t just build whatever we’re asked for. We start with the problem, explain your options and the trade-offs, and recommend what actually fits. The founder has 20+ years in industrial automation, and we work the same way: find what’s stuck, understand what you need, then choose the tool.
1
Find the stuck process
We start with a free 20-minute chat to find the task that’s stuck, slow or painful and repeated every day.
2
Understand how you work
We learn how you and your team prefer to do the job, and what outcome you expect from fixing it.
3
Choose the right tool
We offer the solution that fits your problem and your constraints, sized to where you are now and ready to grow with you. You get a clear written proposal with figures before anything is built.
4
Design, develop and test
We design and build the solution and test it with you as it takes shape.
5
Implement and support
We put it to work in your business, fix anything that isn’t working as agreed, and keep it running with ongoing maintenance.
Solutions we can build
These are the tools, not the product. We use whichever one fits your problem best.

Recent work
Two clients, two different problems, two different tools.
01
Fit-Ball Scotland
Fit-Ball were buried in paperwork, manual calculations and extra hours at home, but as a new business a custom app felt like a big step too soon. We started with something feasible and affordable, Fitball Tracker, built for what they needed at the time, so they could prove their idea. As they grew, it became Fitball Pro, a multi-location app on the App Store and Google Play now used by around 300 people. We also built the Fit-Ball website.
A made-to-measure app, built for exactly what the client needs. We built a private Android app for the Supersevens (S7) Sunday league. It isn’t on the app stores on purpose: it serves two or three league admins, as the client asked. Both admins have sight issues, so every screen uses large, high-contrast buttons that are easy to read and tap.
League tables by division
Entering match results
Creating fixtures
A configuration panel
Clearing league data
Shareable images: division tables, fixtures and results, plus cup fixtures and results posters
Work with us as a partner
Some businesses already have the client and the project, but hit a technical piece they’re not sure how to build. They bring us in for that part. We look at the problem first, explain the options in plain English, and build the piece that fits, so you can keep your client and your focus.
Graphic designersA project that needs automations or data connections you’re not sure how to build.
Marketing agenciesRunning ads or AI-generated content and avatars, and needing a custom piece that works with the system you already use.
Web developersA site that needs bookings, payments or a link to another system’s data.
Accountants and bookkeepersClients’ paperwork that could be collected and sorted automatically.
IT support firmsClients who need network monitoring, or links to industrial equipment and PLCs.
I’m Alejandro Giusti, founder and director of Wayuu Automations Ltd, based in Kirkcaldy. Businesses often struggle with flaws their management can’t see, or feel there’s no way out. My job is to unlock that: I find what’s really holding the business back and offer the solution that fits their problem and constraints, so they can work more efficiently and enjoy more of their free time. I’m not here to build whatever I’m asked: I explain the options and why one fits better, so owners understand the decision they’re making. Often that means getting past a belief, like “we can’t afford it” or “we’re too old for this”.
Behind that sit 20+ years in industrial automation and a hands-on range: automation software, SECS/GEM and Omron PLC communications, network monitoring, troubleshooting, embedded systems and custom hardware, from electronics to 3D-printed parts. Apps, websites and AI are tools I use when they fit.
